Day 1 Box Office Collection for “Animal”: The gangster action drama picture “Animal,” which will be released in several languages, is anticipated to start at least ₹100 crores in revenue at the global box office.
Within two days of its release, Ranbir Kapoor’s Animal has collected more than Rs 100 crore at the box office, exceeding the first day’s receipts of Shah Rukh Khan’s Pathaan. The movie made an estimated Rs 66 crore on Saturday, boosting its total domestic receipts to Rs 129.80 crore, based on early estimates from Sachnilk.
Based to Sacnilk’s advance booking trend statistics, the movie is vying to become the third Bollywood film to start with a collection of at least ₹100 crores gross at the global box office. With ₹68 crore in box office receipts at launch in India, Shah Rukh Khan’s “Pathaan” is facing stiff competition from “Animal”‘s advance bookings.
While SRK’s Pathaan and Jawan earned ₹105 crore and ₹129 crore on their opening days, respectively, Animal is predicted to earn between ₹100 and 115 crore globally on its first day of release.
In a post on X, film trade analyst Taran Adarsh wrote, “#Animal begins on a FATABULOUS NOTE. It’s #Animal madness everywhere, from mass pockets to metropolitan hubs, multiplexes to single screens, Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 cities, from East to West and North to South. Promised to be the biggest opener for #Ranbir Kapoor.”

Sandeep Vanga Reddy, director of the Hindi version of Animal, is also well-known for directing Arjun Reddy. His last two films drew criticism for promoting toxic masculinity, and Animal is no different. But despite the negative reviews, Sandeep’s movie has found a home and is raking in big bucks at the box office.
